Kate Beckinsales husband Len Wiseman was spotted partying with model CJ Franco.
The 42-year-old director was seen heading out on Tuesday night to celeb hotspot The Nice Guy with the 24-year-old and they were said to have left together at 2am, according to TMZ.
The film director, who married Kate Beckinsale in 2004, was not wearing his wedding ring for the night, as it would appear that both Hollywood stars have ditched them in recent months.
Len and CJ have been getting close, making this the third time that the pair have been spotted hanging out together.
Meanwhile Kate, 42, has since been working in Prague on her new movie, Underworld 5 (yes, another one).
The British actress, who has one daughter Lily from her previous eight-year relationship with actor Michael Sheen, was spotted in Los Angeles earlier this month without her wedding ring.
The couple, who reportedly met on the set of Underworld in 2003, have recently been faced with speculation over their marriage.
Neither representative for the stars have responded with comment.
