52 kg Boa constrictor found resting in a villager’s washing machine in SE China
A boa constrictor weighing 52 kg was spotted resting in a washing machine by a villager in Chaozhou, city of southeast China’s Guangdong province, on Oct 7, 2017. The woman heard some noise inside the washer and found out that a boa had crawled into it and was resting when she opened the cap. Boa constrictor is a Class I protected species in China. The animal was later collected by a wildlife rescue and rehabilitation center.
