I am an International Speaker, Life Coach and a Passionate Free Spirit, I have a laughter that can fill up the room dedicated to empowering people to go from Fear to Freedom and empowering your spirit to share your life's gift.
After suffering depression, severe suicidal anxiety and domestic violence at the age of 34 she had to turn her life around. She says “inorder to overcome fear is to dance with your fear”. She is now living life with purpose and empowering people going from fear to freedom. She believes in the ripple effect, if you empower one person, that person will empower the next and in hope to more people make a difference in this world.
Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping others find their gift, dance with fear, and share their true voice with the world.
I was born in a small country town in Vietnam and raised Downunder where we have an abundant of white sandy beaches and beautiful tranquil water (Surf’s up!). I am an obsessive learner who wants to stop time. The more time I have to read the more I want to write, speak, create and offer free nuggets of information for your spirit.
