This is her fifth audio album, released on August 2015 by New Music Paradigm Company. The music composition of the album is contemporary, while the tunes of the songs remain the original.
Born in a musical family, Shusmita Anis is the niece and devoted disciple of the legendary Nazrul Sangeet singer Feroza Begum. She has specialized in Nazrul Sangeet and modern Bengali songs, especially those tuned by her uncle, the legendary music composer, Kamal Das Gupta. She also covers a wide range of musical genre with versatility and grandeur in her musical performances.
