Turkey: Rescue operations underway to recover sunken Russian Navy ship

Rescue teams took to the seas and skies with helicopters and boats as they set out to recover a Russian navy ship that sank following a nautical collision in the Black Sea on Thursday.

The Russian navy ship was damaged when it collided with a freighter 40km (24.8 miles) northwest of the Bosphorus Strait.

Russian Ministry of Defence said that while there were no reported casualties, a total of 78 crew members were evacuated.
